A Twitter user has shown dissatisfaction after singer Davido was seen smoking weed in the present of some police officers but he was not arrested.
It has gone rampant of Nigerian Police officers arresting people seen with the cannabis substance all over the country.
On the video going wide on social media, The DMW boss was spotted with a burning weed on his fingers smoking and dusting it in front of policemen but they did not do what they normally do with people caught with the substance.
